Analtech General Manager Steven Miles spoke with the Honors Science class at Pencader Charter High School about Thin Layer Chromatography.
Jack Franks, science teacher at Pencader Charter, invited Miles to speak to the class about chemistry and some of the practical applications of chromatography.
"It was a real honor to be able to address a class of students who could very well be the next generation of research scientists, lab technicians, or even crime scene investigators," Miles said. "I was impressed with the students' attentiveness and the great questions they had about the scientific process."
This is the second school Analtech has been invited to address - earlier the company demonstrated Thin Layer Chromatography at the opening of the Conrad Schools of Science.
