Analtech in New Orleans - Day Three of Pittcon

March 06, 2008 at 09:36 AM

Pittcon is truly a global show – with companies from all 50 states and 76 different countries represented this year.

We’re happy to meet so many of our friends and customers from many of those countries – we’ve  been able to connect, and reconnect, with friends from Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Germany, India, and even friends from our neck of the woods in Delaware (more on that later).

We’re also learning about some impressive applications for our products – from our friends in NASA who are planning on using the CycloGraph to help in the space program to those in research who are looking to cure some of our modern-day plagues.

We started the day off with a breakfast with our friends at Advantage Media, had dinner at Morton's Steak House, saw Criss Angel pull off a stunt on Bourbon Street at 10:00 at night (escaping from two straight-jackets while hanging upside down from a crane four stories in the air), and enjoyed plenty of great music up and down Bourbon street -- oh, and doing a little "clowning around".

We’re down to the final day for Pittcon 2008 – if you haven’t  had a chance to come by and visit us at booth 2113, please do!

If you get a chance, check out the great photo on page 3 of Thursday's Pittcon Today - you can see us featured as the second photo over and second one down.

Oh, and some who saw yesterday’s update on the size of Pittcon with the photos from the ceiling were wondering if we had any photos of the Analtech Booth (2113) from that angle. Well, our fearless photographer made his way back up to the ceiling on Wednesday to get that shot – so here you go:
