Analtech guarantees that all UNIPLATES™ will reach you in satisfactory condition, or we will replace them immediately.

Custom & Special Plates

All Analtech UNIPLATES are prepared to order. The UNIPLATES described in this catalog represent a collection of the sizes and coatings most commonly used. However, we can custom coat to specifications. Often TLC plates not specifically described here can be prepared by simple adaptations of Analtech's mass production methods with little or no additional cost. These include special scoring formats, preparative layers, fluorescent indicators, and even special adsorbents with proprietary coatings included. Private labeling is also available for custom coated plates.

Analtech will be happy to supply your special TLC plate requirements whenever it is possible. Please call for information regarding feasibility, pricing, and ordering procedures for your special TLC plate requirements.

Analtech products are intended for use in the laboratory and not for use as drugs, food, or in the household. The data and suggestions for use in this catalog are correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. We cannot, however, guarantee this fact and cannot assume any responsibility with respect thereto. No license or immunity from any patent is given, nor should license or immunity be implied from the sale of any material herein.

Additional Catalogs

Additional copies of the Analtech catalog are available upon request. Purchasing Agents and Stockroom Supervisors are encouraged to request additional copies for distribution to laboratory personnel.

Quantity Discounts

The following discounts are for all TLC Plates, SPICE™ Sample Prep Cartridges and precast Analtech ROTORS. For quantity discounts on TLC equipment, glassware and instruments, please contact our sales manager, Steven Miles (see contact page).

Terms of Payment

Web Site orders are by credit card only (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). Previous Customers, please call us to get an internet account set up for you.

Postage and insurance are prepaid and added to the invoice. Prices shown are those in effect January 1, 2007 and are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Order

We DO NOT require a confirming purchase order. If one is sent, please mark it clearly, "Confirming Order," to avoid duplicate shipments.

Blanket Orders and Prescheduled Deliveries

By committing to purchase a larger quantity of consumable products over the course of a year, volume discounts may be earned. The customer will only be billed for products as they are shipped. Blanket order discounts are very attractive and automatic deliveries can be arranged.

Stock and Availability

Analtech is well known for prompt order shipment. More than 80% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, even nonstandard adsorbents, special order coatings and preparative layers.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If, for any reason, it is necessary to return material to us, please call to receive a return authorization number (RAN) and forwarding instructions. This procedure will prevent delays and enable us to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

NOTE: Some returns may incur a restocking fee. Also, non-stock plates ordered are not returnable. These plates will be noted on our WEB Site.

Damage Claims

Should you receive damaged goods, it is imperative that you save all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. While we will assist you, all claims should be reported to the carrier immediately. Failure to do so makes you, the customer, liable for payments of those goods should damage claims be rejected by the carrier. All claims must be made within 60 days of shipping.
